At Haven Properties, there is truly nothing more important to us than making sure that you’re as comfortable as possible with your living situation. Over the last several years we’ve pledged to utilize every technological resource available to us in order to accomplish that goal as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

For the purposes of convenience, we also have a number of other high value features that we’re incredibly excited to share with you. A tenant portal is available to you after you move in, which has access to pay online, view your tenant ledger, or request maintenance request. You don’t have to come into the office whenever the rent is due, for example – provided that you have a credit or debit card, you can pay right online. You can fill out emergency and standard maintenance requests in much the same way, guaranteeing the fastest possible response at all times.

Even if you haven’t started the application process yet, you can still use the “Rental” tab on our website to browse a list of current properties right from the comfort of your own computer. Once you find the home that best falls in line with your requirements, your preferences and your budget, we can get started placing you and your family in a place that you would be truly “proud” to call home.
